From embedding with terrorists in conflict zones to filming with the most famous people in the world, we’ve developed a signature style: unflinching emotional storytelling through a bold, stylized lens. We've filmed across nearly every continent, driven by a shared ambition to tell layered, borderless stories that move culture forward.

  • Co-Founder

    Giselle has been honored with awards and nominations by IDA, NAACP, and Critics’ Choice among others. She is listed in DOC NYC’s celebrated 40 under 40 list and is a Concordia directorial fellow. Her work has been highlighted in press including The New York Times, Vogue and Good Morning America. 

    Her experience across documentary, conceptual art, branded content, and visual effects, allows her to take on the roles of director, creative director, producer and writer. Giselle also serves as the chair of film at California College of the Arts.

    Her recent work includes Director for the Netflix docu-series “Ladies First,” Hulu/ONYX docu-series “Hair Tales,”and Director and Executive Producer of the HBO feature documentary “The Legend of the Underground,” which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival.

    She is directing her latest docu-series, HBO’s “Seen & Heard,” which celebrates iconic black talent that are transforming the landscape of television. The series is executive produced by Issa Rae and features Oprah Winfrey, Swizz Beatz, Tyler Perry, Shonda Rhimes, Lena Waithe, among others. It is due to premiere early 2025.

    Stephen Bailey is a DOCNYC 40 under 40, Emmy-nominated filmmaker exploring the limits of the human mind and those who push our ideas of what is possible. His work in over 30 countries has investigated the motives of Al-Shabaab terrorists in Somalia, captured the defiant beauty of Nigeria’s underground non-conformist scene and embedded with the families and authorities impacted by America’s meth epidemic.

    His recent work includes Peacock’s Shadowland [Director], HBO’s Armed With Only A Camera [Producer], HBO’s Seen & Heard [Series DP], HULU’s Hair Tales [2nd Unit DP] and Netflix’s The G Word [DP]. In 2021 he produced and DP’d HBO’s feature film, Legend of the Underground, which premiered at Tribeca.

    Stephen previously served as a Producer and Editor for the Peabody Award-winning Renaud Brothers and VICE’s flagship Emmy Award-winning show, VICE on HBO.
